Teresa Recar is an award-winning, genuine and proven leader. In 2019, she was named the Austin Board of REALTORS® Broker of the Year for offices with between 50-100 agents and had a finalist in both the ABOR Rookie of the Year and Service Award categories. In 2017, the Austin Board of REALTORS® Rookie and REALTOR® of the Year were both affiliated with Teresa's office and are only two of the outstanding agents in the most Fabulous Northwest office! Additionally, she has consistently had Platinum Top 50 Winners every year since she began managing the Coldwell Banker Realty Northwest Austin office.

Teresa's unique background as an entrepreneur and corporate executive includes founding a real estate management company and later serving two international consulting organizations. She is a mother, a graduate of Texas State, and a longtime resident with 25+ years working with non-profits serving Austin citizens in need.
